1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Solivian, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Solivian on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the platform
You may use Solivian only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform to transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@solivian.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. AI services
Solivian uses AI models (including Claude and ElevenLabs) to power Sol. AI responses are generated and may occasionally be inaccurate. Do not rely solely on AI output for critical decisions. Solivian is not liable for AI errors.
5. Intellectual property
The Solivian platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Solivian. You retain ownership of your property data and guest data. You grant Solivian a limited licence to process that data to provide the service.
6. Limitation of liability
Solivian is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solivian shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
