We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and property name when you register. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate and improve Solivian, send you service-related communications, provide customer support, and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (AI providers, infrastructure) under strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Guest data
Hotel guest data processed through Solivian (requests, wallet, stay information) is owned by the property. Solivian acts as a data processor. Properties are responsible for their own compliance obligations.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA512. Session tokens are HMAC-signed. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@solivian.ai.
